Slots Madness Casino - Waiting long period can't get approval of ID and Docs


I requested a withdrawal april 14 my money was returned to the casino account as I sent all requested docs to four different addresses all lost. Finally I have sent to the Manager. Australian Photo ID sparking concerns. Was requested to send the back of the photo id and now I am waiting for approval still. I deposited money and I am waiting for a substantial withdrawal of over $1000

Hi Haylee,

The problem in this was that it took three weeks for us to receive your documents, which we only received, April 30th. As I explained, your withdrawal has now been approved (May 6) and you will receive your payment, via Neteller, later today.

I have now been verified now after 3 weeks and now apparently I have to wait 7 days to get approved like what was the 3 weeks all about. Also after that I have to wait another 7 days for payment Club Gold Casino Paid me in 2 days. There should be no reason a payout should take that long. This complaint will not be resolved until I receive the money which as I have read in other cases might take longer than I was told.

You are correct in that we were having some difficulties with your documents, however, this appears to all be resolved at this point and tomorrow (May 7), your withdrawal will be approved and will then move on to processing.
