i was recently approved for payouts of $2000 on 9/9/12 & $1940 on 9/16/12. I was informed it would take 10-15 business days for payout & still have received nothing. No updates are received from Rushmore, UNLESS i email them with inquiries...then i receive the same scripted responses that i read here on the website...please help!! we deposit our money, play fair & square, but do not receive the same treatment when it comes to payout...??

HoooRAH!! Finally received my final payment of $1940 on Thurs. morning 10/24/12 payment to my Visa Card...Thanks Tara & Rushmore...! complaint closed

Your withdrawal from September 16th was sent today October 19th to your card. It can take up to 3-5 business days, not including the weekends to receive your funds.

So far the 1st payment arrived just as Rushmore said it would...
I received this response below, from Rushmore Casino on 10/18/12...so hopefully i will receive the last payment of $1940 by Oct. 27, 2012?....i'll keep my fingers crossed.
