Non payment from Rushmore Casino

After attempting the nice guy route with cordial emails I have come to the conclusion that it's time for a formal complaint against Rushmore. On April 9th my withdrawal for $2000 was approved and since then I have not received the money. Over a month. I have been in communication with the "withdrawal manager" Tara but the email responses seem canned. On 4/25 I was told they were waiting on the processor to notify them of when the funds would be sent. Fast forward 11 days to 5/7 and I still had nothing. I emailed again and received a canned response indicating my payout was "in the next batch". They have no issue taking my money but can't seem to follow through when someone wins...

I have never had these types of issues with Rushmore but after reading about others issues I am honestly wondering if I will receive my money at this point. Help!

I requested a withdrawal of $2,000.00 ($2000.00 per week is their rule), it was approved 3/25/2013 and it is now 4/25/2013. I want, need and should have my money by now.

I haven't played there in 2+ years and still would not have but the manager called me with a welcome back offer and assured me the withdrawal problems were fixed and put behind them as of January 2013. And that they were working hard to get their name untarnished and back to the original grace it once was.

I took a couple of days to do some further research for complaints against the casino. While there were complaints most of them were older and there was only one for this year filed January 2013 that got resolved. So I thought maybe he was telling the truth about the withdrawal problems being fixed.

So I make my deposit claim the bonus and I lose fast, I then go to chat and claim the cashback insurance (part of the total offer) and lose that even quicker. Finally I get the code to the $10,000 freeroll tournament and this is where I win. I won first place for $2,850.00, how exciting. Well not so much when you don’t get your money when you should have and they have no idea when they will send it but tell you you will get it, be patient, Really!?!? And that is only when Tara (withdrawals manager) feels like emailing you back. I have sent several emails and have only got a reply 2 times. Saying "I will update you when I know something." Not acceptable, at all!

I feel like I was flat out lied to on multiple levels. I should have had my winnings by now, no excuses. I am frustrated, very unhappy and tired of waiting. It is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Can you please help me get my money…

I have been trying to withdraw cash from Rushmore Casino since December. After numerous attempts, they keep asking for more information. In my latest conversation, I was told that all the information is correct and that I will receive my money. Then I noticed that my account still had the old balance. When I asked what happened, they responded that I was rejected again for the same reasons as before. Also, whenever they reject a request they don't communicate this information.

I cashed out $1600 on 3/12/13. They already took the $32 fee to put it back to my credit card- the PAYMYCARD option. It was approved on 3/15/13. I was told it takes 10-14 business days to get funds. Then I was told there was a delay because of holidays. Now I am told they are waiting for the third party processor.

Everytime I call or email I am told the same thing: sorry for the delay. You will get your funds.

It has been well over a month....

My withdrawal for 500.00 was approved on Dec..19,2012. . I have still not received my winnings. I was able to connect to live chat a few days ago . They said that I should be receiving my winnings even though the Casino is not operating due to Tech. issues. I also spoke when them on phone over a week ago and also today. Was told the same thing , that winnings are being paid. . Withdrawals department does not answer emails. It is going on one month since my withdrawal has been approved and the withdrawals department has had no contact with me at all and I would like to get some answers as to the status of this withdrawal.

I have two pending payouts (one for $300 and one for $500) that are over a month old and never received them through my credit card. Their website has been down now for over a couple of weeks, so I cannot check the status. I have emailed them three or four times and nobody has emailed me back!

I also have approximately $900 actively in the casino. I just don't know what to do now!

I submitted a withdrawal on October 9,2012 and was told it was approved on 10/14/12. Got an email saying their is a problem with the third party processor and they could not give me a date for payment. the 24 of October the email said they would match my 880.00 withdrawal if I cancelled it. I want my cash it has made weary of paying to play at any casinos. I refused the offer and want my cash. It take them about 24 hours to withdraw from your account but do ot have to pay you.

i was recently approved for payouts of $2000 on 9/9/12 & $1940 on 9/16/12. I was informed it would take 10-15 business days for payout & still have received nothing. No updates are received from Rushmore, UNLESS i email them with inquiries...then i receive the same scripted responses that i read here on the website...please help!! we deposit our money, play fair & square, but do not receive the same treatment when it comes to payout...??
