Old Havana Casino - Waiting and waiting on a $500 cashout

Cashed out $500 on 8-31, still haven't received money yet. I sent all the documents they requested and security sent me an email saying documents were approved. Every other day I chat with a rep who doesn't have any answers other than "it's been delayed." Since my cashout I have made several deposits; there seems to be no trouble processing them.
I would also point out that they keep sending me promotional offers, without mentioning their payment issues.

Correspondence of 9-7:
Dear Mr. Davis,

Thank you for contacting us! It is a pleasure to be of your assistance.

This email is to inform you that we successfully received all the documents you sent. We have informed our Financial department that everything is now good in order to process your cash-out.
It has now been almost 3 weeks since this email.

We appreciate your cooperation to update your casino file. If we need any further documentation in the future we will let you know. At the moment please feel free to keep on enjoying our Casino experience and our great promotions on your deposits!

Just chatted with Finance representative he says payment should be very soon but I have not received it yet.

Casino still stalling, today 10-3 told by finance department same thing I've been told for 3 weeks: it's in the next batch but we can't give you a date.
