I submitted my cashout on Jan 27. The financial team said it was accepted on their side, and was submitted to the payment center. It has been at the payment center for over 14 days. Today is February 27, and still no $. What makes things worse is when I contact the financial team they always say "Congratulations on your win!" It's like they rub money in your face without giving it to you. I am giving up hope. I really don't believe they will pay me.

The amount I requested on Jan 27th was $1,000. It is still showing "Requested."

Still nothing. They just keep congratulating me on my win, but still no money. 37 days after my withdrawal request and it still shows "requested" in the cashier. I also have a second request for $250 that was submitted on Feb 17, and that also shows "requested".

Updated* Just checked this morning on the status of their payment processing center. They stated they cannot give a time and will notify me by email once my withdrawals are processed. I bet they are losing a lot of players. Been 39 days now and still "requested."
