Not paying ‎€1,000 cashout

I have stucking arround 300 bucks in Vulkan bet.

The system is charging all my money but my status in the website is still pending.

I've lived chat with Christian - Supporter Operation and he told me that all my transaction are processed. He also clarified that I would received money around 5 working days. But mostly 2 weeks has passed so far, I didn't receive my money yet.

I had re-contact with him in the 12th of Dec and he asked me to wait their specialist team will fix that issued.

Could you guys help me to figure out that issued and pushing my transaction going through asap.

From 19.02. 21 Waiting for payment. He says on the casino's website that he is waiting. I wrote to support. Vulkanbet, but so far I have not received a reply. In the chat, they also do not give me a specific answer, but write what is in the regulations, if I can connect with them at all.

I have been a customer at VulkanBet for at least a year now and made many deposits and a couple of withdraws.
I got the rank "VIP silver" at their site. Never had any issues with withdraws taking more then 48h up until now.
I haven't used any bonuses, just regular cash.
Talked to support about it 4 days ago and they told me there where some "technical issues", surely they should be sorted by now if this is a serious company?
Also my initial withdraw was 517 euro, somehow the casino changed it to 300 euro and made a drawback of 217 euro to my account again...
So i now have 2 withdraws with different dates.

I played Vulkanbet casino 2.12.2018 and got 1200 euros winnings. After that I noticed there is no option to withdraw with normal Bank Transfer, just VISA option was available. I have made my deposit with Bank Transfer, so asked via chat how to make my withdraw. They said me that other options will be available after I have sent documents so did it.

Document approval took some days, and after that there was still no other withdraw options than VISA, so contacted chat again. They said I could make withdraw manually via chat, so I gave my bank details. I got no message after that about withdrawal, so asked few days later if this withdrawal have been made. I was told via chat that withdrawal have been made 10.12.2018 and now I have to wait 3-5 bank days. Have waited many days over this limit now and asked several times via chat my withdrawal. At first they said it could take longer and I should just wait and ensured that they have sent money 10.12.18, but finally after two weeks and no money on my bank account they checked status and said there was some break in final stage of transiction chain, so they should send it again and money will be on my account at the end of Christmas Week. Still no money on Friday, and again chat person promised to discuss with payment team. He said he will send email after that. Now I have waited few days and haven't got this email. I am quite frustrated to hear new explains and promises with every discussions and still have to just wait money.

On december 10th I submitted documents for verification. After that it got quiet. After 3 days I contacten support. As expected you get the same old answers: its bussy, wait longer etc.. After 5 days I contacted support again and I spoke to a guy named Jake. He was the first and only one being truly helpfull. He verified my documents the same day. Also no withdrawl method was available for me. Jake made sure the finance department would do it manually. But after that it got real quiet again. Until this dat, december 25th I still have not received my funds. Contacted support several times and they all keep telling me to wait. It has been 2 weeks from verification to nothing. I am a very patient guy but I never encountered this kind of problem at any other casino.

Please make sure that the funds are in my bankaccount this week, dispite the fact that its the holiday season.

Hello, Vulkanbet is not giving me an answer after my withdrawal request.
First time i tryed half year ago,
11 days ago the last time.
They have to pay 1476.82 USD.

I've played two sessions of 400 € each in this casino. After the first session when I managed to recover my deposits I got verified and cashed out 400 € via Bank Transfer. So I found this casino and felt like I would like to test my luck. I deposited 300 SEK / 30 Euro to take the welcome offer for 200% Bonus. So far so good, i liked the feel and look on this casino right away. I got lucky and managed to fully wager my bonus and wanted to cashout 5000 SEK / 500 Euros. I was so happy about this actually, first time playing here and everything! Then my problems begin! When i wanted to cashout, a message told me to contact support, there was no avaible cashout method for me. (i got this chat printed out saved as well) Support guy named (Leo) told me that the method i used for deposit is not avaible to withdrawals. So i had to make another deposit with another method. So i wanted to pick Trustly since i always used them and i feel safe about it. Well, Trustly was not avaible he told me, even tho they state that Trustly is a method to use. They got their logo on the bottom of their site as well. So then i wanted to use Bank Transfer to cashout. But that was not possible either. He told me i could use Skrill/Neteller, but i have neither of those so i finnaly asked about VISA. Well to get that to work i had to make another deposit of smallest amount ( in this case 50 SEK / 5 Euro ). I did that and cashed out right after they removed the wager requirements for the last small deposit. One thing i noticed here was even tho i cashed out, all of my withdrawed money was still left on the real money balance. So i could have played and lost them even tho i cashed out. Well i was not going to do that anyway so i just stopped playing to await for my cashout to be approved. The following morning my account was verified and that was fast i think in my opinion, it felt great! But the withdrawal was still waiting. I waited 3 days and logged in to the site again to check my money. The money was moved from cash balance and the withdrawal was changed to "in progress" state. I see that your transaction was approved but funds are not sent yet. We're having some technical delays, really sorry about that. Then i have been contacting them everyday to ask about my withdrawal and have been told different excuses like broken payment system and they are having some delay issues and also that it will be sent next day. But nothing is changed. It's been way over 72 hours that are stated under General T&C, and Support says there is nothing more they can do. Can we please solve this now?

Hi, I have been lucky winning and wagering the bonus. I deposited on the 29th of March 32 € and 38 €. My balance is now 539,89 €. My account has been verified. I tried one time to withdraw 539,89 € on the 1st of April and then 530 € on the 13th of April. Both withdrawal have been canceled without any reason.
