I have been playing on a lot of online casinos but i've never had a problem like this.
I deposited some money on Vulkanbet and played some games, got a lot of luck on the immortal romance slot of Microgaming and so i won 1000 euros. I was really happy and wanted to cash out. There was the first problem. I deposited money via Trustly and expected an easy withdrawal. But nope, when i clicked on withdrawal the page was empty (there were no withdrawal options availeble).
So i start a support chat and they told me that i have to deposited via netteller or skrill so they can withdrawal the money back to me. I said i didn't have an account on those systems and i just wanted a wire transfer on my bank account. They told me that it takes a bit longer and that i have to send documents like ID card and such. So i did. I had to wait six days untill they finally accepted the documents. I have had a lot of contact with support via chat and email and they keep telling me i have to wait, i have to wait, i have to wait. They don't know when they can send the money and such.
I feels a lot like scam, they advertise being a fast and smooth casino but when you win something big it all gets problematic.
The standard replies i get on the simple question "when do i get my money" are that some specialists are working on it..

I am happy to inform you guys that it is indeed solved. Still think Vulkanbet needs to work on this progress. I waited more then three weeks. Thanks for fixing it Vulkanbet.
