I've played two sessions of 400 € each in this casino. After the first session when I managed to recover my deposits I got verified and cashed out 400 € via Bank Transfer. Everything was smooth and satisfying. So I Decided to go for my second playing session, after which I've been on hold for over 30 Days to cash my 400 € winnings. I've been contacting them regularly and every time they told me do not worry about it but days pass by and no money show up on my bank. Now it's been several days that they don't even respond to my mails and the amount from my account has been manually removed since several days ago (usually they do it before a Bank Transfer) but again no money neither feedback from them. Usually are very friendly and proactive and other than that I've no complaints on this site. Thanks for your assistance.
