So I found this casino and felt like I would like to test my luck.

I deposited 300 SEK / 30 Euro to take the welcome offer for 200% Bonus.
So far so good, i liked the feel and look on this casino right away.
I got lucky and managed to fully wager my bonus and wanted to cashout 5000 SEK / 500 Euros.

I was so happy about this actually, first time playing here and everything!

Then my problems begin!

When i wanted to cashout, a message told me to contact support, there was no avaible cashout method for me.
(i got this chat printed out saved as well)

Support guy named (Leo) told me that the method i used for deposit is not avaible to withdrawals.
So i had to make another deposit with another method.

So i wanted to pick Trustly since i always used them and i feel safe about it.
Well, Trustly was not avaible he told me, even tho they state that Trustly is a method to use. They got their logo on the bottom of their site as well.
So then i wanted to use Bank Transfer to cashout. But that was not possible either.

He told me i could use Skrill/Neteller, but i have neither of those so i finnaly asked about VISA.
Well to get that to work i had to make another deposit of smallest amount ( in this case 50 SEK / 5 Euro ).

I did that and cashed out right after they removed the wager requirements for the last small deposit.

One thing i noticed here was even tho i cashed out, all of my withdrawed money was still left on the real money balance.
So i could have played and lost them even tho i cashed out.

Well i was not going to do that anyway so i just stopped playing to await for my cashout to be approved.

The following morning my account was verified and that was fast i think in my opinion, it felt great!
But the withdrawal was still waiting.

I waited 3 days and logged in to the site again to check my money.
The money was moved from cash balance and the withdrawal was changed to "in progress" state.
I asked in chat why i could not see the money anymore.
(i got this chat printed out saved as well).

Hey Magnus, glad to see you! I see that your transaction was approved but funds are not sent yet. We're having some technical delays, really sorry about that.

Then i have been contacting them everyday to ask about my withdrawal and have been told different excuses like broken payment system and they are having some delay issues and also that it will be sent next day.

But nothing is changed. It's been way over 72 hours that are stated under General T&C, and Support says there is nothing more they can do.


Can we please solve this now?

I have been in contact with live support again to check the status.
It's about the same answers like the other days.

So after 10 days the withdrawal was cancelled. They state that my bank rejected the payout.
I have been in contact with my bank and they can confirm that they never rejected any payout of that sum to me.

Anyway, vulkanbet now asked me to use another withdrawal method and I agree to that by using Neteller. By doing this I also had to make another deposit again to be able to make a withdraw. Also I had to verify my Neteller account. I'm still waiting for verify to be approved. Will update later

Dear Vulkanbet

I can finally confirm that I have received my money.
Unfortunately, Neteller claimed a fee of 215SEK.

But I got help through live support and they credited me with 215 SEK.

I can also confirm that I received 300 SEK in bonus money, thank you so much for that.
It's unfortunate that all this happened, but I'm happy with how it ended.

We can now close this complaint :)
