Hi,
I have been lucky winning and wagering the bonus. I deposited on the 29th of March 32 € and 38 €. My balance is now 539,89 €.
My account has been verified. I tried one time to withdraw 539,89 € on the 1st of April and then 530 € on the 13th of April.
Both withdrawal have been canceled without any reason. I have been told, that I would contacted by email nothing happened.

I hereby confirm that your account is indeed verified, and as you might have noticed the withdrawal request was approved by the casino within some 35 minutes after receiving the withdrawal request.

Unfortunately our payment provider returns the following error at processing the winnings to your card: Issuing bank not allowing this type of payment on this card / account. The possible reasons for that are: MCC is not valid for transaction; Merchant, acquirer BIN and issuer BIN are not all domestic in case of activation or loading of prepaid card; An issuer's processing center is not certified to receive transaction-specific data in TLV format (field 104 in request message).

Is such cases we (as well as the payment provider) recommend to switch to a different card or alternative withdrawal methods, such as Skrill, Neteller, etc.

Hi Alexander,

Emma Maier helped me in the Chat. I deposited 11.11 € via Skrill. So my balance is now 551 €.
But to my astonishment 20 % (110,20 €) commision will be deducted. So only 439,80 € will be left to withdraw.
If this is a part of the regulations, I agree with that.

You must have understood Emma wrong. There is no commission applied to your withdrawal. Vulkanbet takes care of all the commissions on its behalf. Feel free to make a withdrawal request in full (551.00 euro). The request will be processed in no time ;)

thank You for Your great help! It is true, that the while amount of 551 € have Bern transfered successfully to my Skill account and the complaint ist solved. Thanks also to the whole vulkanbet team. I am now compleatly satisfied.

In the endlich winning in an online casino ist not for granted...☺️
