Hello, Vulkanbet is not giving me an answer after my withdrawal request.
First time i tryed half year ago,
11 days ago the last time.
They have to pay 1476.82 USD.

Hello Ala,

It seems that there were some issues with how the KYC documents were submitted since part of the Picture ID was covered and we couldn't fully verify the document. The expiry date couldn't been confirmed and the ID number was missing some digits.
The documentation was properly submitted and approved on the 28th, day when we also approved the payout.

Your account is now fully verified and you have been paid on the 28th of November, a total of 1,476.83 USD.

I hope we can conclude this situation as solved.

I just received an e-mail (and no money) that VulkanBet is processing 336 usd. I don't understand why they decide to send me only a small part of my money.

I have received 336 usd only.
I have requested all amount but VulkanBet cut it in more parts automatically, like you see in screenshot all withdrawal request was at same hour.

Still nothing doesn't move,
I didn't even recieve an e-mail that my other part of payments is started processing (on the first payment I did receive an email, now no)

Full payment was sent on Friday the 28th November. That means only one working day has past since it was processed. Being a card transaction, please allow 3 working days for the full transaction to be processed. The payments team have confirmed that everything was sent on Friday, so lets kindly wait for the bank processing time to run its course.

As of last week, this brand has now been purchased by Max Entertainment, who own Slotty Vegas and BETAT Casino. This is the first time your documents have been received by this team and they were then verified and withdrawal paid out within 24 hours.
