Very slow withdrawal, supposed expediting has not helped
Cashier delays, false promises, incredibly bad experience.
Started a withdrawal back on March 5th, 2018, and sent everything in for withdrawal as mentioned by the forms/website. No response by casino documents/forms department on receipt. Concerned was getting the 'wait and have to go to the back of the line treatment', so prompted casino for verification form status on March 12th, 2018 by email. Got a response March 13th, I'm missing the backs of the drivers license. Ok, not sure why didn't get that from the get-go, but no problem, sent same day...and then starts the back and forth with support. The license backs then went somewhere, where they were mishandled/unfound. No response back from Slot Madness support/documents, so had to continually contact live chat support. After sending the DL backs multiple times (suggested by support), with multiple emails (during this time Slot Madness had been blacklisted on email which did not help) & 3 additional discussions with Live Chat - of which two of the support folk during chat had _found_ the documents and said they'd contact manager to expedite, confirm, they'd send me email etc.
The DL backs sent back on March 13th were then supposedly added to the original ticket (which was then merged to a now 3rd ticket #). Then, surprise, get an email that my withdrawal was denied on March 19th - no specifics in the email. Contacted support, to find out why. They couldn't find the backs of the driver's licenses. So, now, I lose my spot in withdrawal queue, and the approval process starts over. Again, recontact support, etc, rinse, painfully repeat. Now another two weeks gone. Two more weeks go by and March 26th get documents approved message.
Then, I thought not bad because of expediting, get email on April 5th for withdrawal approval (still a month in real days, not good either). Great, now withdrawal approved, 7-10 business days later, nothing.
Have had multiple chats with support and have sent emails to support/withdrawal/help with no response. Keep hearing from support that we'll expedite it, we'll make sure it's the next payment batch, contacting cashier/withdrawal right now, etc. I really wish for once that a casino wouldn't put the support people, who are usually good and in some cases extremely friendly and fast, into these situations.
Now April 29th. 40 business days for withdrawal (52 total days). Please AskGamblers & Slot Madness manager help move this on.
