Very late payment

Hello,
I hope you can help with an overdue withdrawal from Slot Madness.
I made my withdrawal on December 15th 2016. $451 was approved on January 7th of this year.
I have sent the relevant documents a number of times, and as requested my bank details a number of times.
I have chased via Live Chat a number of times also.
Just recently I have struggled to contact anyone via Live Chat, and emails are coming back as undeliverable.
I see others are struggling to get paid in this section of AskGamblers, but I see that someone from Slot Madness monitors this site.
I do hope I can get paid soon, it was a fun casino to play in!

AskGamblers Complaints Team have just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Slot Madness Casino management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.
