On 1 September 2017 I made a withdrawal request of $1000 at Grand Reef Casino. I have followed up my request so many times but have not received a single response and was wondering if you are able to assist at all?

Today, following my email for assistance to [email protected] my funds have been paid into my account by Grand Reef Casino. I have to say I am bemused by Grand Reef Casino comment above about their willingness to reopen my case; mine was not a complaint rather a request for withdrawal and notwithstanding my many follow ups, I did not receive any correspondence from Grand Reef Casino until I forwarded my "request for help": to ....@commission365.com.
The outcome nevertheless is very satisfactory, particularly as I had not had any major issues with withdrawals with the Casino in the past, and I was a customer for several years.
