I am writing in utter disgust to the way I have been treated and given the run-around from Club USA Casino staff and cashiers. I was approved for a 1000 withdrawel June 10. It is now June 29 and there is no sign of my winnings.
I have called and emailed probably in the vacinity of 20 times now. My most recent conversation was with a cashier that informed me my money would be in my ACH account two days ago.
I have submitted a complaint to the body to whom gives an 'accredited status' to this casino. I for the life of me cannot figure out why there are not more complaints like mine. I can only conclude that I am an isolated case or nobody likes to complain.
I feel this casino should have their accredited status revoked. Their FAQ's suggest winnings are paid out within 7-10 working days. Well my friends, that has long been and gone. I'm wondering if they pack the money in crates and send them from their location on a ship to USA (as I am a USA player.) Maybe the ship sunk and sharks ate the money (no pun intended.)
This casino has discouraged me from playing any other online casinos period. I read so many people saying they've been paid out from other casinos but I don't see many complaints regarding this casino which strikes me as very odd.
This casino is a disgrace in my opinion and their fair play practices are absolutely unacceptable. Their FAQ section is untruthful concerning payouts. If there was a delay because of something on my part, I have not been notified. This should not be the case as my winnings was 'approved' on the 10th.
I will not in good faith recommend this casino to anyone that wants to play or to anyone I know. My experience has been absolutely aweful and has left me extremely bitter.
