I had previously made a withdrawal for $800 and was emailed to fill out a deposit confirmation form, sign every deposit I had made an send it back. After a week of not receiving a reply I had made contact with them and I was told that my papers were received and that my withdrawal would be sent with in the next week. Two weeks later I had not received my deposit and was told by customer support that it had not even been processed because of overwhelming customer orders. I received my withdrawal 3 months after the initial withdrawal request but in small part payments. Now I have another withdrawal of $500 and I have been asked to do the same deposit confirmation form and I have been waiting over 2 months to receive my withdrawal and have not received it yet. I have also been told by customer support that it has not been checked by the finance department due to the high numbers of customers to deal with.
