Tradition Casino declined my winnings and closed my account without reason

I had taken a 350 % no wager bonus from Tradition casino. It was offered by the support team on live chat. I asked them about the terms.I was told I could play in all games except slot progressives. Also outside bets on roulette were not allowed. I asked whether bonus money is withdrawable and they said no to it. They also said no wagering is required. I won 430 dollars and submitted a withdrawal request. I also send the document s for verification. But I received a mail saying my account is locked and my deposit is refunded. There was no reason mentioned why my account is locked and winnings are denied. My mails are unanswered.

No idea what this is. Account suspended and winnings denied because it is risky for the casino. I feel honored here and don't want to ask for my winnings any more. Anyways, enjoyed my time playing here. Thanks for giving back my deposit.

I have been asking for the reason for the same and still I get the same answer. You get to hear such accusation only when you claim your winnings. More than losing the winnings, its much more depressing to hear the account is banned or locked by a fraud protection team and no reason being stated.

Payment of 1000€ not yet processed since 11/12/15

I decide to stop to play on this casino and then I becomes non active player. I request on 11/12/15 the withdraw of my remaining balance and I receive the answer that according to Terms and Conditions I will be paied after 18 working days after my last payment which is on 13/12/15. We are 01/02/2016 and not yet received the expected money. Last friday (29/01/2016) I discover that my account have been closed by them. My ID there : cruymich

Delay In Winnings, Been Put Under Pressure to Play More In order to get paid

On Oct 9th I hit a jackpot for $8,000 but was only paid $4,000 almost a month later. I then waited to get paid with my winnings and was told I would have to play as a vip level customer. If didn't play I would not get paid promptly and would lose all of my cashback winnings. I have $9,900 still pending for a withdrawal and last week was told I would not get my winnings that week, but I may get it the end of this week and the amount was not decided on. I was told to play large amounts to get my winnings but everytime I play I have been winning. When will I get my $9,900 winnings which I have won fair and square. Refusing to pay!?

They contacted me with a "no requirement bonus"... I won and attempted a withdrawal. Sent all necessary verification documents and made a $30 deposit. I was told 2 days ago by Adriana that all my documents were approved and I would receive the money ($150) within 18 days. I go to check the progress last night and the wire transfer has been cancelled. The funds were not put back in my account and I have not heard from anyone. Can't get anyone on chat or by telephone. Is this an abandoned casino? Please help if you can. Thank you! They sure had no problem taking my deposit.

Won't pay out Free Chip Winnings!

Joined Tradition Casino a while ago thru an affiliate with a €50 Free Chip Bonus. After Wagering i had €2788.15 Balance and Terms and Conditions on their site say that €150 is a maximum cashout for a Free Chip and one €25 deposit needs to be made. At first they said in contradictory to their own terms that i can only withdraw only $100. After couple of weeks arguing with them and contacting them thru their affiliate partner they agreed on the €150 withdraw as stated by their own terms.

So i deposited thru Skrill and wagered my deposit one time thus allowing me to withdraw my €150 of my winnings. After sending out my documents and waiting for almost 4 weeks they are now saying that "they can't pay anymore to Skrill" and i need to make a wire transfer. They have ignored several of my emails asking about the state of my withdraw but live chat has always said that it's coming soon until now after 4 weeks they suddenly say that they can't pay me the way they promised to.

After all the unnecessary terms arguing, bad support and withdraw delays this operator seems to be very unreliable and it's no wonder they are a "not recommended casino" at Casinomeister.

Let's see if they pay out after this complaint, here would be a great opportunity for them to improve their reputation all depends on how they handle this from now on.

Duped!

I took a Bonus of $7 freeplay I met my play through requirements and max withdraw amount is $42. I was told to deposit $25 to get cashout by Audrey. I did and went to cashout and I can't because minimum withdrawal is $100. I can't even cashout. So I deposited for nothing and Nobody will respond to me anymore in chat I am being avoided.
