Tradition Casino declined my winnings and closed my account without reason

I had taken a 350 % no wager bonus from Tradition casino. It was offered by the support team on live chat. I asked them about the terms.I was told I could play in all games except slot progressives. Also outside bets on roulette were not allowed. I asked whether bonus money is withdrawable and they said no to it. They also said no wagering is required. I won 430 dollars and submitted a withdrawal request. I also send the document s for verification. But I received a mail saying my account is locked and my deposit is refunded. There was no reason mentioned why my account is locked and winnings are denied. My mails are unanswered.

Please note, this account was closed by our Fraud Protection team.
They received an automated red flag warning regarding the account in question and ordered it refunded and closed in accordance with our terms and conditions.

I have been asking for the reason for the same and still I get the same answer. You get to hear such accusation only when you claim your winnings. More than losing the winnings, its much more depressing to hear the account is banned or locked by a fraud protection team and no reason being stated.

No idea what this is. Account suspended and winnings denied because it is risky for the casino. I feel honored here and don't want to ask for my winnings any more. Anyways, enjoyed my time playing here. Thanks for giving back my deposit.
