Refusing to process €60,000 payment as per their own payment terms

I won 1481.25 Euro on Tipbet in like october-november some time. Had a long process of verifiying my account, sending them ID, proof of address, photos front and back of my card. Next up they wanted me to make a selfie holding my ID, so I did that. So far so good, this is when the problem starts.

A while later I recieve an email from some email called [email protected] asking me for a phone verification. Whos [email protected]?

After a few weeks I go on tipbet.com to check whats taking so long with my withdraw. They say they want me to tell them a time for a phone verification with them, so we set up a date the following weekday (this was during the holidays).

Ten minutes before our phonecall I log in the chat to make sure that theyre gonna call me as agreed upon. They respond that they cant call me right now and that we must set up a new date because of that. I figured it might be because I decided the time and even tho they agreed upon it, I wont decide the time next time so they wont have any excuse to cancel it.

So they give me another date for this phone verification. This time Im just waiting by the phone but no phonecall from them that day.

So I log in again and they apologize and say we need to set up a new date. This is starting to get very frustrating now because I have alot of study and meetings in school I need to attend right now and they (Tipbet) want me to be available for 2 hours to answear my phone to have a phone verification. Anyways, we set up a new time (they decide the time again). They give me a 2 hour window and during time that theyre gonna call me.

As previous times, they dont call me at all. Now Im really angry and log in and tell them to just send me my withdraw because its obvious theyre not planning on calling me anyways. They apologize and say they want to set up a new date and this time THEY PROMISE TO CALL. I explain them my situation that Im having the busiest time of my life in school and its really hard for me to be available on the phone all the time because of meetings etc but okay, Ill give one last try. They decide the time again. 2 hour window as usual.

They dont call.

These last 3 calls (that never happened) was during the last 2 weeks. So now Im done with this. Im posting this here and if that doesnt work Ill ask MGA for help aswell. I just want my withdraw to be sent, been asking for it for months but nothing happens. Tipbet is not a serious site, they keep sending a bunch of offers with bonuses etc. But once you win you dont recieve your withdraw...

So it all begin with me winning 206€ on a bonus bet of 15€ that was sent ro me via email. I made a withdrawal request immediatly. And i waited and contacted the support after a day. Then i got nortified that the maximum amount to withdraw was 100€ which was fine by me ofcourse. I did that. And according to their FAQ they process all payments within 24hours and im fully verified so i thought it was strange after 36 hours pass. I reached out to the support who first said my money was on its way. And i said its not ans took a print screen showing pending status. Ok so she forwarded my request she said. A good few hours later still nothing. I contacted them again and after a while they said it was being processed as we speak. Great i thought! But then norhing happened...contacted the support again and was told they were sent but Nope still pending sent the screenshot. Now they told me to wait until today. And now after 48 hours another supporter tells me that it could take up to seven days!? And i should just wait. For me this is stalling tachtics for getting me to cancel and play more. I really hope this Will be settled im not mad i just don’t like being lied to.

Hello Askgamblers, i write about my issue with Tipbet. I meet my conditions to request withdraw of my funds and they request from me first to send ID, screen shoot of my neteller account and bill, so i send them all my needed documents, after that they request me to send image holding my ID next to my face, i send them my Driving Licence holding to my face but they rejected this documents because it must be ID card, so i made a new picture holding my ID next to my face. After a couple days my account was verified and i request withdraw, but they cancel my withdraw and ask me for phone call, so i write them to call me back on my phone. When they call me they start to ask me many question which are similar in different ways hoping me to put me in a gap, i explain them everything what they ask me, my bets, my last contact with them on a live chat, everything was fine. But the end of the day they back my deposit from 100 euro and close my account with 630 euro. So can you help me, because i provide everything what they want, two ID holding to my face, bill, screen shoot on my pay methods, phone call and everything was fine, this is shame, those people must be send out of bussiness because they are fake!

Hello there.I asked a withdrawal at Tipbet.gr,last tuesday..Next day(wednesday) the casino asked for my verification documents,and i send them as they asked,my id and proof of adress.The same day my account was verified.Next morning(thursday),they cancelled my withdrawal and they asked once more my id,although it was already verified one day ago.I sent my id photo once more and my account was verified once more.Next morning(friday),the casino cancelled again my withdrawal,and they asked a credit card photo for the verification process.I sent them the credit card photo and my account was again verified.Since friday evening my withdrawal is still pending,although at the official tipbet site it withdrawals via bank wire take -24 hours to be processed.Furthermore,casino live chat support is supposed to be 24 hours,but since tuesday,i could reach live chat one or two times.I have sent many emails but they only answered once.It is quite obvious that tipbetcasino searches every possible way in order to delay the withdrawal.I really dont understand how an account could be verified on wednesday and not verified on thursday,asking the same id that was verified one day ago?And why the casino didnt ask the whole verification documents the first day i made a withdrawal request? There is no 24 hours help,no email answers,no-24 hours bankwire payment after the verification,and i have faced a trully amateur behaviour.It would be honest if the casino replied to me and say that "we do everything we can so weekend comes and we want more delay.."i would appreciate that.To verify and then reject what they have already verified,has no logic at all.

Hey! So i registered at tipbet, and thought that the 20 freespins you get when you sign up sounded good. Inbetween the registration and me playing i recieved a mail with a voucher code ”casparty” that would give me 10€ free. Typed in the code and voilà 10€ was instantly added. Played for a while and managed to turn it over and made a withdrawal request for 93.75€. I sent Them all the needed documentation and waited for approval. Then i got a mail that i should send a copy of the email?! At First i had thrown it and restored it through iCloud. A day went by and now they said that the code wasnt sent from Them and blamed their affiliates for sending out the code without permission....wherher its true or not it doesnt matter in my opinion as it’s their responsibility to sort this out before a campaign start. I opened account on tipbet.com and deposited €300 in April 2017. I deposited again and played on blackjack and wagered a few bets on tennis from May 30, 2017. All tennis bets was lost, but I won on blackjack and ordered €5300 to withdraw. Tipbet ask me selfi with my passport. I did. After that they did phone call and I answered on all their questions. After that they asked e-wallet statement showing transactions for the last 3 months. I sent. I asked Tipbet every month about my money and they said me "After careful review of your Tipbet account, our management has decided to keep your account on hold pending further investigations. Please note that we currently do not know the exact duration of this ongoing investigation." I wait 7.5 months!

Hello, I have a lot of problems with withdrawing my winnings from tipbet. I have requested a skrill withdraw on 4.1 for 2200€ and my documents were already verified. Then I waited until today that was 11 days, while I had contacted their support numerous times as was told that a skrill withdraw takes up to 24 hours and was promised to receive my money first on friday and then today at the least. Then today after 11 days I received an email to upload more documents. I have already uploaded my passport, my utility bill, my skrill screenshot, my selfie with a passport, my skrill transactions with them and now all of my skrill transactions for the past 3 months. I have blacked out the transaction names as this is a private matter and they can not demand this information from me. What I buy with my skrill wallet is none of their business, I have left the transactions made with them clear so they can be noticed. And this is still not enough for them. I have not used any of their bonuses, I used only my money and now they are refusing to verify my account and process my withdrawal. I do not understand how all of these documents are not enough and how can they demand to see all of my skrill transactions for the past 3 months, what I buy on the internet with my wallet is a private matter and they can not demand such a thing from me.

Hi, so i made deposit to Tipbet 28/11/2017. I made deposit of 10€ and got 100% bonus. It carried 50xd + 50xb wagering. so 1000€ total. I started to play slots, as the bonus were for slot's. I played over a day with bet's amount of 1,20-1,60€ mostly. (2€ were max bet so i stayed between 1-1,80€). After a while i went to check my wagering since i new i had wagered hunderd's, and noticed that my wagering was progressed only 40,40€. Then i check my gameplay history, where i can see all my bet's, and i saw that the bet's were all accepted towards wagering, so i wondered why they are not calculated in the wagering? I went to chat and they had hard time to understand my problem, and then they said they will contact later. It's been over 2 days and i have not gotten answer what's up. I have calculated my all bet's and i have reached my wagering by terms a long time ago. So i think i have wagered the bonus 2 time's all over again and again already.
