Refusal of paying, accused me of claiming a bonus offer they sent themselves

Hey!
So i registered at tipbet, and thought that the 20 freespins you get when you sign up sounded good. Inbetween the registration and me playing i recieved a mail with a voucher code ”casparty” that would give me 10€ free. Typed in the code and voilà 10€ was instantly added. Played for a while and managed to turn it over and made a withdrawal request for 93.75€. I sent Them all the needed documentation and waited for approval. Then i got a mail that i should send a copy of the email?! At First i had thrown it and restored it through iCloud. A day went by and now they said that the code wasnt sent from Them and blamed their affiliates for sending out the code without permission....wherher its true or not it doesnt matter in my opinion as it’s their responsibility to sort this out before a campaign start. They have taken all my money and act rude and unproffessional. Please help me settle this! I send you some copies.
