Withdrawal reversed for no reason
I made a withdrawl request on monday 29/10/18, on sunday 4/11/18 i noticed on logging in site that my request had been reversed,i sent an email off asking what this meant and when were they going to email me of the reversal,i ebventually got an answer as to why,they stated they need me to confirm the details i had already used on my request and also used on a previous withdrawl"with out issue",they asked for-

I then noticed that my request had been actioned and i got an message from online help confirming that my request had been granted,also monies had been put into withdrawl account.then on the following day 5/11/18 my request had again been reversed,after several email's i eventually get informed on wednesday 8/11/18 that i had not supplied a bank voucher "located on their site',I was never asked for one in the first place.so i sent the request bank voucher all filled in along with copies of licence and credit card used.then on saturday 10/11/18 after several email again i get the following:

even tho the required voucher is attached to the email sent ftom casino they sent me,i resend said voucher twice over the next couple of days and to date 13/11/18 they dont even reply to my emails and my monies still are in the withdrawl system.
stay away from this casion as they will do the same to you,it is just away that they can hold onto monies for as long as they can for their interest
