Payment still missing after 10+ days of waiting

I received an email on 28/12/18 informing that my withdrawal of 1617€ was approved but could not send money to my Skrill account due to a problem. My Skrill page was and is 100% ok, so on same day i send an email informing my Neteller account ( with printscreen of account ), so that my money could be sent to Neteller. Untill today i already send several emails every day and i had not received my money and not received a single answer to my emails. My user is brito41 and if needed i can show print screen of all emails i sent and the only one i received on 28/12/18.
A casino that informs e-wallets payments in 24h, mine is already on 10 days and got no answer or reply. It´s a lack of respect to players, that casino support or accounting, don´t have the consideration to answer an email. Besides all this, i´m still waiting for my money. Once again, if needed, i will post all emails i sent in these last days, without a single answer.
