Dreams Casino - Still waiting on Approved withdraw

My withdraw was approved on 4/29/2016 i put in for my withdraw on 4/14/2016. I filled out all the forms on 4/14/2016 and confirmed my withdraw method and confirmed all my information again on 4/17/2016. Have contacted Dreams Casino several time by email and live chat. Have been told several time my withdraw was sent to the processor on 5/6/2016. I have contacted Bill and Tara at Dreams and keeping getting the same information they have requested an update from the processor and that they will email me once they have some information. I have sent one email a week for the last 2 weeks and have not gotten a reply back. I do understand that this is a long process and I have waited longer than what there terms and conditions state. I feel that they are giving me the run around i have spent well more than what i have requested to withdraw from them. Please assist me with this FYI I just contacted the withdraw dept via live chat and they are still telling me that the payment was sent to 3rd party processor and they are still waiting on confirmation from processor, the agent i spoke with name was Megan. again the date my withdraw was sent to processor was May 6th and still waiting on payment. I have copies of emails (all) and the latest chat. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I apologize for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see your payment has been sent off. I would expect to see tracking on this before the end of the week. As soon as the tracking comes across, I'll post here with that information.

I have been told several time my payment was sent to the processor on May 6th 2016, so it takes over 30 days for payment ro reach me?
I will respond once I see payment hit my account. Thanks for looking into this but it's the same information I have been told over and over.

Nope--not the same information you've been told over and over again...this time it's all good. ;-)

Your tracking came in, late this afternoon and I'm happy to tell you that your payment will be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) by 10:30 AM.
