Royal Vegas Casino - Still waiting for my withdrawal

I had requested for the withdrawal since last week. Due to the account verification, my withdrawal was on pending mode. Thats understandable. Then, the verification finally done and my withdrawal became working status. No one sent me anything until I asked the VIP host.

On Oct 20th 2016, The VIP host told me that they failed to deposit the money into my visa in the morning. They wanted me to change my withdrawal method to echeck or something. I changed my method right after I read the email. That night, I tried to asked a guy on live chat to see if everything is good. The guy told me, of course. It(withdrawal) was the first thing they did in the morning.

On Oct 21st 2016, I tried to ask on live chat again. The guy said my withdrawal was paid on 19th. I said, it is impossible. I just received an email from the host telling me to change the withdrawal method. Also other guy from last night confirmed the payment was made on 20th. This guy was like.. oh sorry I messed up the date. And this guy is like.. the withdrawal will be paid by today.

I have no idea why would all these people talk differently. And I am still waiting for my withdrawal of 5000 cad to be arrived.
