Delaying too long to process my winning

Hello

Last month I had created account with Spartanslots.com casino and received 25 free spins ndb bonus.I played those spins and managed to cash out $110 (maximum winning $100) after verified my account. Then I made 1st deposit and received 200% 1st deposit bonus.I played some slots and this time I again managed to cash out $120 on 26th September 2019.So. I had 2 pending cashout requests separately. I received $100 (max winning amount from ndb bonus) on 9th October this month but as of today I didn't receive $120 remaining request. I had contacted with support several times and explained the incident. Then support from account department told me I didn't receive both withdrawal requests at a time because of my VIP class and had advised me to make withdraw request again.But I don't see my $120 into my account because they had removed all balances while processed $100.Then I sent emails and explained them total situations.After that I didn't receive any reply from them and not received $120 wining which I gained from 1st deposit plus bonus.Could you manage to help me please?

Withdrawal over 4000 Euros declined then ignored

I recently won about 500 Euros on Spartanslots Casino after doing several deposits (to see at the screenshots). I verified my account and requested my withdrawal, which would take up to 5 days. During these days, I used a 400 percent Bonus on a deposit of 100 Euros.

I played and did the requested wager amount while having a lot of luck, ending up with about 3500€. I sticked strictly to the bonus conditions. So I made another withdrawal request of these 3500 Euros, in total 4000 Euros . After the 5 days, I received an email, telling me that they were missing a handheld ID Photo of me, so the withdrawal was declined and the money credited back to my account.

So far so good, I went to the verification page but since I was already verified, I could not upload any more documents or photos. I contacted the support about this, who made my verification undone so I could upload the photo. But the verification specifically asked for photos of my id without me holding it + a photo of my face without the id. I did as asked again and responded to the email I received about the problem. To this email I also sent pictures of me holding my id. After that I made another withdrawal request.

5 days later, my request was canceled without a comment and the money (4000Euros) was not even credited back to my account.

I cant reach out for the live support because they are on holiday or something. I wrote an email to the support email address telling them about my problem but have not received any answer yet.

Trying everything to delay my withdrawal
I attempted to withdraw 3-5 times.

The first time it was denied, I was informed that in order to withdraw money gained from bonuses, you had to deposit $25 at least 5 days before the withdrawal request. Sounds dodgy but fair enough.

I deposited $25, then they came back to me saying my verification was not intact, although it was. I submit my verification and ask livechat if I will receive my money 100% after jumping through their policiy hoops. The person in live chat assured me I would.

What do you know, withdrawal is denied and "apparently" I needed to send verification again. Despite them already having my verification through the site and in their email [email protected] and being assured they had everything to go through with my withdrawal.

I verify again and again, deposit again and again, before being denied by the same "verification issues" and being asked to send the same details every single time.

I suspect this is all a scheme to take money from the victim who decides to play on this site, giving false reasons to people who attempt to withdraw their money so they would deposit again to be in the 5 day $25 withdrawal policy.

I assure you no matter what policies or hoops you jump through, they will again and again play dumb and keep asking you for the same verification and you will be required to deposit again and again until you have deposited more than you have won. They will then keep said money.

Please accept my complaint.
