Slotobank Casino - Confiscated 500 euro with no reason, terrible support

I am here to present my problem with Slotobank casino a OddsMatrix white-label solution.

My story started when I saw a banner with Slotobank casino on a affiliate website (on askgamblers) and I decided to try their new player bonus even if they had a maximum win rule. As I usually do I read very carefully bonus T&C before start playing.

I lost my first three deposits of Eur 100, during this time I was called multiple times by Anna Krusse (I don't know if is a fictional character or not) in order to be invited to claim bonuses be welcome and other "nice" things".

On my fourth attempt I won Eur 774 and I requested a withdrawal, but from here things changed. I was faced with next situations in chronological order:

- my withdrawal was reversed many times with no notification;
- I was payed only Eur 274 after I contacted EveryMatrix support;
- my remaining balance of Eur 500 disappeared, yes you read correctly;
- my account was closed for investigations they don't know why my balance disappeared;
- people from live chat use a cheap trick they tell me every time that they don't know informations about my account situation and I have to wait management e-mail which until today was not received;
- they refuse to answer me on live chat, I had the luck to speak with casino manager on live chat and guess what ...even he doesn't know to many things.
- Anna Krusse hasn't called me;

Practically until now they refused in the most rude way to give me clarifications.

My account was unlocked and my balance was refunded. Now I am wating my payment. I still consider that my case is not concluded since I did not recived my money yet.

Today (Monday) I cecked my account and I my withdrawal was reversed without notification. I requested a new payment.
