Keeps denying my withdrawal without any further information
I have been trying to withdraw $700 since the 1st of October 2017. Every time my withdraw is denied as they say I haven't supplied the utility bill as requested. I have done this on numerous occasions. When I speak to online help they say it has been received and that it should be finalised shortly. A week later it says withdrawl denied. When I speak to customer service they say they haven't received my utility bill. Then when I question it they say they can't access my documents. I don't know what else to do. Please help me.
