Keeps denying my withdrawal without any further information


I have been trying to withdraw $700 since the 1st of October 2017. Every time my withdraw is denied as they say I haven't supplied the utility bill as requested. I have done this on numerous occasions. When I speak to online help they say it has been received and that it should be finalised shortly. A week later it says withdrawl denied. When I speak to customer service they say they haven't received my utility bill. Then when I question it they say they can't access my documents. I don't know what else to do. Please help me.

Hi Mon--

The reason for part of the shortfall is that you received a bonus in the amount of $75--all of our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, was removed from your withdrawal amount.

The other $25 missing would be wire fees assessed by your bank.

I'm very sorry for my delay in reply to you.

Your wire was already sent off to our processor on the 19th. Due to the holidays, things do get delayed a bit--I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of the coming week (if not sooner).
