Delayed payments, cut me off from their Live Chat


The casino called Slot Madness has cut me off from using their Live Chat. I have two pending withdrawals of 2500.00 each. I have one waiting since May 26th 2018. And now I am not allowed to make inqueries on my withdrawals. No one will tell me why it is taking so long.
My first Withdrawal took almost 3 months to reach me. And the second withdrawal request is taking a month to even get approved, when their guidelines state 7-10 business days. It has been 14 business days.
since I gave been cut off from using their Live Chat, the only way to reach them is email, and their guide line to get a response to an email is running about 10 business days.
Can I please get some help from AsGamblers? Thank you

Tawny, I repeat it is my word against the casinos. And that is why I asked for help. So ask gamblers can either believe me or them. The day I was banned, an agent named "Oscar" warned me first, because I was in an argument over my very long approval of my withdrawal. And sure enough, seconds later, I was dropped from using the Live Chat. I admit that I was being very angry with me, and I probably deserved it. My only question was "is the ban from Live Chat permanent or temporary. It wasn't a matter of "if" I was banned, I was. All I wanted to know was for how long.
And yes I do have more payouts requested. I have 3 waiting.

I honestly don't know why you are continuing on about live chat. There is simply zero truth that you have been banned from using this.

In any event, I've received the tracking for your final payment and I see this will be delivered to you, Thursday, by 10:30 AM.

There are no further withdrawals pending approval or payment.
