Zero help from customer support

I have emailed Slot Madness many times and have never got a reply. They must have no customer service. the website says I need an access code to all the 1800 number but when I email about getting one I get no reply?

Also, Slot Madness says up to 72 hours to confirm verification on its website. I submitted my documents almost two weeks ago. I have followed up via email almost half a dozen times since. I have not gotten one response from them at all. Not even a confirmation of receiving my documents. I'm talking about almost 10 emails to thier "customer support" that have gone unanswered.

It's very frustrating!

Yeah well things change in 7 or 8 weeks, when I first emailed your hilariously pathetic customer service experience. This all could have been avoided had anyone at that casino even pretended like its a legit operation and replied to an email.

Delete my account.

I would email and ask, but ....you know.

As I've previously stated, your issue was about verification. It was mid-stream that you turned it into something entirely different. At the end of the day, it's of no consequence...

It's amusing that those who thump their chests the loudest and make allegations against the casino are the ones who engage in activities going against the casino and the terms and conditions. This is exactly what this is all about:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

You used 4 free chips in a row (and attempted to use 7 others, which were denied), without ever making a single real money deposit. This means you are not entitled to your withdrawal, which was properly voided.

I've forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Well we wouldnt even have to be here at all splitting hairs at all if SlotMadness.Com's self proclaimed award winning customer service department knew how to reply to an email. 7 weeks and counting.....does the department even have a computer?

so you didn't read my complaints at all then? Or you did and chose to ignore them? Guess that sums up SlotMadness.com pretty fairly.

Ghost the clientele and when cornered to point of having to respond, be very very vague and get the hell out of there as quickly as possible..

7 weeks...still counting . you're a busy person if you're dealing with all the complaints coming from those thieves. I know I'm just going to receive a terms and conditions speech...the terms and conditions that are updated daily for the specific dispute at the time.

I've done my research on their tactics in the last 7 weeks, I know I will be found in violation of the T&C's that are subject to change without notice.

Close this this thing ask gamblers. And please take what you have witnessed here in consideration. Label this site as highly risky....because it is.
