I've been more than patient with this casino and now I'm left with no other option. I requested a pretty small cashout back in May of 2013 for approx $550.00. They gave mne the run around for a few weeks and finally sent me a check about 3 months later. Now, the check they sent me could not be cashed, go figure.. So I contacted them again telling them the situation and they told me to provide them a letter from my bank along with the check (which I did) to show them that my bank would not accept the check. That was back in November of 2013. It is now getting to the end of Jan. 2014 and I am still no closer to getting my money. Every time I contact them they tell me it takes awhile to make sure the check they sent me did not clear my bank. If anyone is thinking about trying this casino please save your money and go to another site, they will never pay you!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who can say this, stay away from this casino!!
