Withdrawal troubles, please help

On Feb 28th I made a withdrawl of $600 and I know it takes approx. 1 month for the approval and payment.Well after applying for the withdrawl and getting it I moved in with a relative and because I knew it was temporary and I had other stuff going on.I did not have an address.Once I moved into my new place I submitted the address change,but the check was already issued and sent to the old address.I have a tracking # from fed ex and have spoken to them and they stated that because no one was there they took it back and notified Slotmadness and they were told to destroy it. I have just had a chat with slotmadness and after a long time waiting they informed me to contact escala­tio­ns@­sli­ver­oak.com.i typed it in and this page showed up.I would like to know if I can either be issued another check or have the money redeposited into my acoount.I do not want to lose this money due to something beyond my control.Can you help me please

We will be re-issuing the check, minus a $45 check re-issue fee. We had sent the check off as you initially requested, but as you moved without giving us any heads-up, things went sideways.

Thank you,I find it frustrating that after 3 live chats and then told to contact the accountingn dept which you cant do,then calling the phone # on the site and being told to go back onto the live chat and then being told to go to escala­tio­ns@­sil­ver­oak.com and finding there is no site.I really only want what is fair,either put the money back into my account or reissue the check and send to the new address
