Withdrawal issues for over a month 2 withdrawal methods disappeared


I have tried to withdrawal multiple times over the last month. It have been very frustrating with the circles I have been sent in. I currently have over $1900.

I tried to withdrawal $100 because I am being told that is all I am allowed to have.. I looked at the pdf for bonuse terms and conditions it says Canada has no max cash out.

I am not sure what to do I am told my swift code is incorrect and that the issues should be resolved in 24 hours but have not.

Regarding the bonus you used, this was actually a $30 free chip (please see attachment for coupon information and terms). All free chips have a maximum withdrawal amount of $100:
