Withdrawal declined and chat icon no longer on site
My name is < removed > and I am contacting you to know why my redemptions have been cancelled. I had 3 withdrawal requests all for $139. 1 request going to my bank account, 1 request going to my Cash App Bitcoin wallet and 1 request going to my Coinbase Bitcoin wallet.
I've had nothing but complications with trying to withdrawal from your site. I have sent in my ID, my bank statements and social security card and verification for both Bitcoin wallets the chat icon is no longer on the site. I've emailed you multiple times and you have not replied. If it is due to unable to contact me then I understand and that is another reason I am contacting you.
I would like to update my email or at least have this email I'm using to be contacted by my current email on my account is < removed > but I would like to update it to< removed > the email I am contacting you from and I am unable to contact you thru live chat support for some reason. The options is not there and the link on your contact page doesn't work and I have tried clearing my cookies and cache I've tried on multiple browsers and I've tried from my phone and computer.
