Withdrawal approval delays


I put in for a $2500 withdrawal request on January 28 2019. I had already sent in my CC paperwork and it had been approved. My withdrawal request is still showing as pending. I have emailed them several times, have not gotten any good responses. Tried calling 2 times both times recorded message saying no one is available to help at this time.
