When will I be paid


I have been playing at slot madness for about 4 months or so regularly. I often deposit lots of money to them and I use bonuses. I like the low playthrough bonuses because I know they get weird about no deposit bonuses from experience at other casinos. Anyways back in September, I won a substantial amount of money. I hit some jackpots and ended up with over 35,000. I hadn't asked for a withdrawal before so I knew it was going to take some time to get my information approved and all that. But I made sure I submitted it all. I even went to the website from my computer and printed out the credit authorization form and submitted that with all my pictures. I have withdrawn from some of their cousin casinos(slots of Vegas and Club player) so I know the drill. I figured the more information they had, the faster the process. Because it took 3 weeks max at those two casinos when I requested my withdrawal. But now here we are. My first withdrawal was requested on Sept 25th. Then I requested 3 more withdrawals of the max amount 2500. Just so no I wouldn't be able to access the money. I almost lost all the rest but actually was able to win it all back. As of right now I have 7 requests of 2500 each totalling 17,500. I am down to less than 2000 in my cash balance because I kept playing the slots. I have won and lost and won again. But I have contacted live chat about once a week to check the status of my withdrawal. I have tried to be patient. But now that it's been over a month since I requested it and they just keep telling me the same thing. I have taken screenshots of some of the conversations and I also took some photos of when I hit some of the jackpots while playing. I don't know what else to do. I don't understand how they can do this. They take out money no problem but when it is time to payout, all of a sudden they have to investigate and verify who we are. All of a sudden I have to prove I am myself and I understand it takes time but this is ridiculous. I need your help, please. I don't deserve this.
