I have been waiting on my bitcoin payout from Slotmadness Casino since August 27th for $2000. When I submitted the cashout request they said they needed verification documents and so I sent them in that same day. They said it would take 5 to 7 days to approve and then 5 to7 days to payout. The lady I was emailing back and forth with said they had my documents and they have been approved and it was all good and everything was fine. Nothing else was needed. A few days later i asked them where is my payout because last time i talked with someone in live chat they said my documents have been approved and Monday Sept. 7th would be the latest it would be sent. So I checked my account and no payment. I emailed but no response. Went to live chat and they said i needed to send in a selfie of me holding my ID with todays paper. I asked why this was needed and why this was not told to me before and why they said it was all good and ready to go. They had no answers for me. I feel like its kinda weird that they all the sudden need this from me and dont feel comfortable sending them that. I asked how long after sending would they send the payout. They said 3 days. Bitcoin pays out in 15 minutes and they ask for the same selfie. Something doesnt seem right about this place. Especially since they have no phone number to talk to anyone on. Here is one of the emails stating they had all they needed and everything was ok to send the money.

I am still waiting to hear anything back from slotmadness about why they havent paid my withdrawal. I have emailed them several times and got no response as well.
