Waiting for 6 months on withdraw

I received a $50 no deposit bonus and signed up with slot madness on June 18 2021. I completed the wagering requirements and sent in my verification documents around june 26 and submitted a withdrawal request on june 28. I received an email from the accounts department saying they are reviewing my verification. I also received an email asking for my BTC wallet address for the withdraw. I submitted that. I checked some weeks later and my withdraw was denied on june 28. it turns out I wasn't able to withdraw in BTC. I then resubmitted my withdraw request. After 30 days Still nothing. I managed to get a manager on chat support after going in circles with support. Basically I was not able to request my withdraw again because it was stuck in processing and needing verification. The manager took all my verification documents over the chat and also took my bank wire info and assured me that it was to be processed with haste. Again a month goes by and my withdraw shows processing. Chat tells me to be patient. another month passes and chat tells me verification docs are missing again. I resubmit. on Aug. 27th my withdraw gets denied again. no reason was stated. Chat informs me it's because my bank transfer information was not on file. Again I resubmitted the info. Another month, same thing. Never any responses to my emails. Never was I notified. withdraw still in process. On September 7th I contacted chat and once again am told it's being expedited. I wait 3 more weeks and today I go to check and my withdraw has again been denied. I go to chat and am told my bank wire info is missing again. So I have waited since June on a withdraw that stays as processing for a month and then denied due to missing verification. I've submitted numerous times and once personally to the manager on chat who looked at all plus bank info and assured me it was all in order and would expedite. Now again two times missing bank info and withdrawal denied. I expect to be paid my $100 winning immediately as it's on them if they lose peoples verification info 5 times in a row. Yet never inform me about it. Leave my withdraw saying processing only to deny it after a month. Clearly slot madness is incompetent and no one assumes any responsibility and noone is held accountable. I've spent well over 8 hours dealing with this ridiculous casino and their errors. I feel they owe me much more than my $100 prize at this point. I expect my fair winning without any further excuse of not having my papers. I don't have any more time to waste with this pathetic organization.
