I've met the playthrough requirements and minimum/ maximum withdrawal winnings, which is $100, but in order for me to withdraw I have to verify my account first, and I submitted my documents on 5 November 2022 but till today they don't reply to my email.
When I'm trying to reach them through live chat the live chat on their website is not working.
