Still waiting for $100 bitcoin withdrawal

Used a bonus code & had to play thru $1,400 to receive $100.. Which if anyone knows isn't that easy but sometimes you get lucky & are able to initiate a withdrawal from bonus codes which is what I did.. max cash out $100. Initiated bitcoin withdrawal on 3:28pm June 8th, 2024.. I realize its been 7 business days but it hasn't even gone thru processing yet & I read online of others waiting a month or 2 for the casino to pay & that seems waaay to long.. honestly think its already been too long compared to other casinos I've dealt with recently..

& of course the 11$ got depod back iny account.. bcuz thats what i had asked if they could do with it after i was told i couldnt withdraw the 100$ i made from bonus chip "25 legend" bcuz i DID redeem multiple.. so i understood.. played/lost my 11$ than figured hey.. 11$ should b considered a depo.. so redeemed "50MAD" & met all requirements to initiate a withdrawal AGAIN....

I used a bonus "40 luau" May30th, didnt win. Then June6th redeemed "25 legend" (consecutive bonus chips) won 100$, initiated a withdrawal, told support about it & they told me i needed 2 depo $10 2 verify bank/crypto info.. So depo'd $11 June8th. But was told i used consecutive bonus & couldnt recieve any $. (Which i understood completely i didnt complain AT ALL) support said they would reimburse my $11 depo. BUT I ASKED IF I COULD JUST HAVE THEM DEPO it instead.. SO I CAN JUST PLAY IT... So after I LOST $11 depo.. i used 1 more bonus chip "50MAD" (which is fair as states terms and conditions... a deposit inbetween bonus redeemed.. which is what i did.. i depo 11$ than redeemed this LAST ONE THAT JUST JUST GOT REJECTED. reason being, consecutive bonus redeemed but thats NOT TRUE.. i have pics of the transactions & chat w/ support.. even agreed with me @ 1st then turned rude. then cut chat on me while i was trying 2 straighten it out.. twice i got treated horribly & hung up on basically. I even recieved a congratulatory email after i had won..

Unfortunately, your withdrawal has been denied and the funds were voided. This was done correctly, as there were four free chips in a row used PRIOR to using the free chip which led to your withdrawal request. It was not until you made the withdrawal request that you made the $11 Bitcoin deposit.

The $11 Bitcoin deposit has already been returned to your casino playing account.

I've sent all of the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Voided wins and account revoked

This is to inform you that I have been a verified member on the casino since 2023 and have even received a withdrawal before.

On 25/8/2025, I deposited $43 and won $600 in total. I then went to live chat, and Ronald advised me that I should choose CoinDraw in which I did.

Immediately, my withdrawal was denied. I received an email i need to change my withdrawal method, which I did, but all withdrawal methods were blocked instead.

I went back onto live chat, and Ronald advised that the account has now been revoked.

I also never received any email from the casino confirming any reason for this. I also sent the casino emails, but there was no reply. I can't access the casino as my account is now blocked.

I chatted on live chat as a visitor, and at least 3 agents immediately closed the chat after telling me my account was revoked and the decision is final.

The casino is unprofessional, as there was not even an email confirming any action from them.

The casino has sent me back-to-back deposit bonus promotions that prompted me to deposit, but after winning $600 now my account has been revoked without reason, which is not fair.

It is over their ridiculous time frame to payout.

It has been over a month since I began the process.

Finally, they were to send the bitcoin to my wallet, and didn't know it's been escalated, nobody gives u any answers whatsoever.

I feel like I am being scammed and never getting my money back. It should not take this long

Continuous verification issues

I have now sent this casino 2 to 3 different bank account information with them continuing to ask for more information. I went and opened a bank account with one of their approved banks and now they are asking me to send a different bank statement however, I have only had the bank account for 30 days. Their requirements were that the account must be open for at least 30 days. There must be a positive balance, and there must be activity. The document must also be in PDF format in which I submitted it. I asked the chat agent to advise me as to why they are needing another bank statement, but he Kept advising me to just send another one with no explanation. At this point I feel like they are stealing peoples account information after asking for alllllll of this information just to decline withdrawals. I won $704.50 but am being told over and over again to send something else.

Account verification for withdrawal delayed

I originally sent in my documents on January 31st 2025 for my account verification and approval and I have since then sent them probably 6 or seven times and my account was approved and showing on my account and It doesn't say I'm missing any documents on my profile and every time I go to want to cash out they tell me that I'm still missing documents and I re-upload them and they never get back to me as far as approval. But I have asked for a withdrawal now since in the past I've won but due to the delay of this and the issue I never actually cashed out. So now that I have gotten tired of waiting I am trying to cashed out, and once again I'm still with the dilemma of missing items so I once again scanned my birth cert and copy of my passport. I got in touch with them and they told me it would be 24 to 48 hours to get it looked at like always, but since January 31st I think it's been above and beyond that time frame. I would love to actually be able to cash out. I play very often almost everyday with them and feel like I'm not getting any responses to this ongoing issue I have submitted my request to cash out and I once again uploaded my documents. And just a side note on my profile it does not say I'm missing any documents. It says approved so I don't understand Please I need help. Somebody in should help me with this issue and get a resolution and finally get my winnings. Thank you

Delayed December payment

I won $1200 on the 10th of December and cashed out that same day. There are no bonuses attached to this withdraw. It has been processing this whole time and about 4 days ago, Miles one of the CS people told me it would be approved by morning and all the other CS people just keep telling me it has been escalated but they have no other information ! I contact them at least once a day and I am always nice but this runaround is getting old. They had told me my November statement was not approved and when I asked why they said not enough activity on the account and so I sent in 8 more statements showing more than enough activity and thats when Miles said it would be approved by morning. It just takes time he said !

Withdrawal issues October 2024

Making a withdrawal from this casino is a ridiculous amount of effort. I uploaded all of my verification documents. I was then told it would take 7 to 10 days to process my withdrawal. I reached out after 8 days, and they said they had issues making a wire transfer to my bank. I can receive international wire transfers, and I provided the information my bank gave me. They will not process it. I am still waiting to figure out how to get my money. If they only pay out Canadians in Bitcoin, they should only accept deposits in Bitcoin. Attached is the email chain with my bank details redacted.

Trouble with withdrawal

Hi, I have a problem with receiving my winnings. I requested a withdrawal through Coindraw to my Bitcoin.com wallet for a total of $1950. I have screenshots and you got it on email, you sent me two transfers, one for $1937 and another for $13. Only the $13 transaction appears in my wallet. Where is my $1937? I submitted a withdraw for 1300.00 at slot madness casino on 12/20/23. After getting the usual 1 month run around you get at most casinos when trying to withdraw I went back into my account right now and the whole entire withdraw request is gone like it never existed. When I withdrew from another one of their casinos it did not happen like that i could always see the withdraw request. Can you please check to see what is going on with them. Refusing to pay a withdrawal
