I placed my withdrawals on 8/27 and have yet to receive payment. I chatted with someone last night and they said it was approved on 9/7 but can't give me a date of when I'll receive the funds.

I'm not even complaining about the $280 (approximately) they're keeping for "bonus" purposes. I wouldn't have cashed that amount out if it had been calculated it correctly in the first place.

When it says you're going to get your money within a week, I expect that to be fulfilled!
