Payout not processed
I have had a pending withdrawal of $2500 since May 21st. I have contacted the casino 6 times getting nothing resolved. I have chatted with Vivian, Joseph, Kal, Cathy, Reagan and today Freya Yang. Same repeated story: reference is made to a withdrawal Slot Madness claims was processed for payment to my bank for $1933 on 6/2 ( at Slot Madness request I have sent them a copy of my bank statement). I have also been advised, by each of the contacts, the pending withdrawal I have had since 5/21 will be escalated. Representatives have said they would get back to me by e-mail and they have not. I would like to have my overdue pending withdrawal processed.
