Payment Issues Again

Withdrew $2,500 on 1/31/2021. Had to resubmit documents multiple times to confirm my account although I have been a player for years. Now being told it has been escalated multiple times with zero reason why it is delayed. This is a repeat issue from before and I am hoping it can be resolved this time. I have chatted approximately 7 times in the last few weeks with no resolution in sight.
