I have been awaiting my payout request in the amount of $640.85 since 10/18/2021. When I call the support line, I am told the same thing your account is being escalated. Please find attached transcripts from f live chats.
I submitted a complaint with casino in July 2021, after the complaint was resolved I was contacted by the casino inviting me to play again was surprised to be contacted.
After being contacted, and being reassured there would be no problem with a payout if a request was made, I decided to take another chance only to be disappointed again.

I've checked on your account and I do see that your payment was sent to our processor, last week: 12/23 12/29 Paid $401 + no Service Fee for transaction #4160926. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 29th, so I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
