Payment delayed over 60 days
On 5/30/21, I won $600 (Request ID #259281). At that time, and every other time I have won since, filled out the wire information as requested. I also live chatted with a casino representative and looked in T&C on web site to find out if there was anything else I needed to do. I was told to expect a 3-7 day delay for casino audit and another 7-10 days for payout.
On 6/15/21 I received an email from Morgan requesting my wire information plus the date bank account was opened and account statement with the bank logo, my name, and address. This was sent back to them the same day. When I checked the next week I was told the information had not been received, so I sent it again on 6/25. When I checked again, I was told I needed to send my information so they could write me a check. What information other than name and address, do you need to write a check? Nevertheless, I sent my name and address and my bitcoin information. In the meantime, I continued to play and win. I have now won about $10, 000 but have not been paid once.
I know that the bonus money will be withheld, but I would appreciate any help or advice you can give.
