Payment Delay and Payment Issues


Hello,

Need help in clearing up some payment issues. First, the following winnings are still not paid: 3 payments that are in "approved" status but still not paid: $1538 ($1208 after removal of bonus) won on 3/19 and "approved" on 3/29; $1274 ($1068 after removal of bonus) won on 3/19 and "approved" on 4/6 and $6599 ($6324 after removal of bonus) won on 3/26 (of this amount $2500 or $2225 after removal of bonus is "approved status" but the remaining $3099 is still not in approved status. In total $8600 is won but not paid. HOWEVER, they have also made some payment that DO NOT appear to line up with any actual winnings. They paid me $2437.10 on 3/18, $1902.41 extra on 4/1 (paid the exact same amount twice here so it looks like a duplication error) AND $770.15 on 4/9. SO, it APPEARS to me that they also paid me $5109 "extra" because it doesn't line up with any actual specific winnings. ASSUMING the $5109 are all erros (like I think they are), then the DIFFERENCE would be approximately $8600 MINUS $5109 = $3491 STILL OWED by the casino. If I can get this last amount that would be great!

Indeed we did overpay you...and indeed we did still owe you a bit. ;-)

A payment reflecting what was due to you was sent to our processor, yesterday: 5/9 Paid $4099 + no Service Fee for transactions 1539836 ($1,599.00), 1539835 ($2,500.00). I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.
