Payment being ignored
On 1/19/22 I requested a withdrawal of $2500. I verified all of my ID information and since then I have talked with many employees who keep saying they apologize and that the casino is just really busy with a lot of payment, I’m constantly told to check back in 48hr s, or I’m told it’s been escalated, but still, nothing has been done and I’m pushed along to make believe it’s finally going to get reviewed-and it’s still sitting in pending. Nobody will help, they give me the same robotic response. The same zero resolution.
I’m looking for assistance with this withdrawal that is being ignored.
