I am submitting a complaint in regards to roughly $14k in withdrawal requests that have been pending from Slot Madness casino. I have submitted all necessary documents and have communicated via live chat a number of times, each time confirming that documents were on file and there would be an approval coming. Unfortunately, the payouts have not even gotten past the approval stage. The first withdrawal request was on 12/13/2022. The others were soon after, but for some reason were added back to balance and re-requested on April 25th. The major concern here is that there is no movement whatsoever. Please let me know if any further information is needed and thank you in advance.

As you've already mentioned, two payments were issued to your wallet, both on 6/22:

Paid $4292 (0.14272738) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transactiosn #14305614 ($2,231.00), #14305612 ($2,061.00)
Paid $2500 (0.08293844) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #14382165

Now before I go on, please sit down and take a deep breath...

Unfortunately there are no further withdrawals to be paid. There were SO many bonuses involved with your withdrawals, that the bonus amount exceeded the amount you've been paid ($7939.30 in total). It appears you were depositing and using bonuses while you still had a running balance--all of these bonuses had to be removed.

I've had our Payments Manager create a reconciliation of your account so that you can see a full picture of your account--I'll be sending this to you in just a minute.
