Once again waiting too long for payments
This is about the 4th straight time that I have had a problem getting a withdrawal approved at this casino.
I have had an ongoing problem for several months with requesting a withdrawal online and have numerous times asked for help in solving the problem , I have sent emails, live chats and notified my slot host of the situation to no avail. So since early July one of the reps on live chat has to manually put in the request for a wire transfer for me.
I currently have 3 wire transfer requests pending:
715.00 wire transfer requested on 9/1 - 16 business days not approved
900.00 wire transfer requested on 9/5 - 13 business days not approved
1600.00 wire transfer requested on 9/14 - 7 business days waiting
On Sept 17, the first request had still not been approved and thru live chat I was told that it was being escalated and to check back in 48 hrs. On Sept 20 after checking that it still had not been approved I once again contacted live chat and again was told that it is being escalated and check back in 3 business days. As of Sept. 23 the 715.00 and 900.00 requests still have not been approved.
I have brought this to my host’s attention but have not gotten a response.
