No payment, no response and more delays

I requested my withdrawal of winnings about 3 months ago. My previous attempts had been thwarted but this time everything seemed to be in order...they had demanded proof of address that I didn't have even though it was on my California I.D. so I gave up. But now had a car with insurance...an acceptable doc to prove my address!
This time I had to resubmit everything...but again they would deny me or require something else! After months of runaround I was approved... but no winnings....no emails or contact and my repeated calls to the toll-free number wouldn't go thru...a recording says no one available to take your call! Finally I was told over the phone that they do not do wire transfers with my bank nor would they send an International check! I then opened a Wells Fargo acct. Have sent my info. But again I can't get thru on the phone nor will they respond thru email? All this for $450 and I have V.I.P. status! It takes minutes for them to receive money but to receive winnings is seemingly impossible!

I just checked on the processor's detail list and I see your wire was confirmed as completed on the 21st--by now you should have received this.

Please check your account tomorrow (Monday) and let me know whether you've received the funds or not.
