Never paying on time


Hi, here once again to provide details of another delayed withdrawal request from the above casino to the minor value of $100 which was originally raised via the cashier for BTC payment on 7/6/2020. At the time of writing this that same request has not evenbeen reviewed or approved in now over 1 month despite multiple attempts by myself following up via Live Chat, promises of escalations etc...

I will not bore everyone with the specifics and highlighting the intentional payment delaying tactics undertaken by Slot Madness to avoid paying out to their loyal customers, as have lodged multiple previous complaints with AskGamblers in fact almost for every withdrawal I have ever requested from this casino as seems to be the only way to receive my legitimate winnings. My account is fully verified and previously received BTC withdrawals from Slot Madness.

Please see the attached transcripts for further information detailing the casinos obvious payment inefficiencies and inability to meet any of their own published timeframes.
