More than posted number of business days has passed

I requested a withdrawl from slot maddness on October 29th. They state in the terms and conditions that they take 7 business days to approve and 7-10 business days to send after approval. I've waited 18 business days. I have numerous screenshots from casino representatives. And they say since it was approved after 10 business days on November 10th that its been 8 business days since that its within the timeframe. I feel like they were 3 days late on the approval and that breached their contract. Also they guarantee within 17 business days the mobey will arrive. Just because they were 3 days late on approval I don't feel I should have had to wait longer than that.
