Late again


I quit playing at this casino a couple of years ago because they took too long to pay out wins. That makes things so stressful. Well over Christmas I had some time I played at Slotmadness again. I was lucky enough to win a couple of grand and I chose to withdraw 2300.00 on 1/10/2023. As of today it is still sitting in Pending withdrawal. Their policy states 10 days for approval and 10 days for processing. We are now 14 days after withdrawal request. I have contacted them through chat and they keep telling me that they are not yet late and that they do have all necessary documentation and that I can expect it will go through very soon. I figured I should get the ball rolling so will you help me get my withdrawal funds? Slot Madness has always paid what I have been due, just not in a very timely fashion.
